COMMUNITY BREATH WORK WITH ELI MURRAY OSBORN
Join us at 5 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at Elevated Academy of Martial Arts (10775 Pioneer Trail Suite 112, Truckee, CA 96161.), for a Sober Community Breath Work Journey with Eli Murray Osborn.
We are asking for a suggested donation of $30 which will go directly into our scholarship fund and help pay for a local’s substance use disorder treatment.
What do I need? Just bring yourself and wear some comfy clothes so that you will be able to relax and dive deep into your mind and body.
All are welcome! Even if you do not necessarily identify as sober but are “sober curious”, come! Even if you are in support of others and their sobriety. COME! Of course, we would greatly appreciate that anyone and everyone who joins us will be sober for the event and not plan to use during it.
Lastly, this is an at-will event meaning that your participation and the responsibility for your personal health and safety during the event falls 100% on you.
